Step 1 :

Give Rabies vaccination and other vaccinations to your dog/cat. Rabies vaccination is valid for 1 year in Indonesia.

Step 2 :

Do a Rabies Serology Blood test. The titer test result must be equal to or more than 0.5 IU/ml. The test can be done in any laboratories.

Step 3 :

Apply for import permit. The import permit process will take about 2-4 weeks time.

Step 4 :

Within 5 days before your departure, you will need to get a health certificate issued by origin country authorities.

Step 5 :

Make sure the ORIGINAL health certificate and ORIGINAL vaccination record arrive with your dog/cat in Indonesia

Step 6 :

Do the quarantine. The Animal Quarantine will check the health certificate and vaccination to make sure all is good. The quarantine period is 2-14 days.

Implant a microchip. Microchip is needed for bring your pet out from Indonesia

Step 2 :

Give Rabies Vaccination & other vaccinations to your dog/cat

Dog/Cat can only enter Thailand at least 30 days after the vaccination. The vaccination in Indonesia valid for 1 year

Step 3 :

Apply for export permit, International Health Certificate and Thailand Import permit

Step 1 :

Implant a microchip. Microchip is needed for bring your pet out from Indonesia

Step 2 :

Give Rabies Vaccination to your dog/cat

Dog/Cat can only enter USA at least 30 days after the rabies vaccination. Rabies vaccination in Indonesia valid for 1 year

Step 3 :

Apply for export permit, International Health Certificate
