Step 1 :

Implant a microchip. Microchip is needed for entering China and to bring your pet out from Indonesia

Step 2 :

Give Rabies Vaccination & other vaccinations to your dog/cat

The pet will need to have 2 rabies vaccinations, second vaccination to be done 30 days after the first rabies vaccination or within a year. Second rabies vaccination need to be valid and within one year by the time the pet entering China.

Step 3 :

Do Rabies Serology Blood Titer Test. The blood sampling can be done on the same day or after the last rabies vaccination. The result must be equal to or more than 0.5 IU/ml. The test need to be done in the OIE laboratory. The pet allowed to entering the country once the result available.

Step 4 :

Apply for export permit, International Health Certificate. All documents must have same owner name.

Beijing : Only allowed 1 pet per passport and the pet must arrive within 30 days after the owner

Shanghai : Allowing 1 pet per passport and pet must arrive within 14 days after owner. Customs declaration need to be completed.

Guangzhou : Allowing 1 pet per passport and pet must travel on the same day as owner

Step 5 :

Do Internal and External parasite treatment within 14 days before departure.
